David Beckham being the ultimate man may sound like a bold claim, but his latest interview suggests this is very much still the case. Sigh.
Talking in his upcoming interview with Jonathan Ross, the former footballer opens up about loving life as a full-time Dad. Y’know, in between designing his collection for H&M and all the behind-the-scenes football ventures.
Prepare to swoon.
Talking about his three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, he said: ‘They’ve already said they’re having tattoos done. And I said ‘Well, be different, don’t have tattoos’. And they said, ‘No, we’re going to have one. We’re going to have, ‘Mum and Dad.’
‘So I can’t really say no to that,’ he said, admitted that he couldn’t stop the determined duo without looking like a hypocrite.
Meanwhile Becks said Harper takes after fashion designer Victoria with her growing penchant for designer clothes.
‘[Harper] gets her outfit ready the night before, and then she gets up in the morning, we go down to get her ready and she changes her mind. So then, by this time, we’re in a rush. The boys are arguing over what breakfast they want, and I’m trying to get them ready as well.
‘But then I’m in the room with Harper trying to pick out outfits and anything which I pick out, which I think looks great, she puts back in. She’s two and a half.
‘She just sayd, ‘No.’ But anything that she picks out, she looks amazing in, so it’s easy.
