  • Cheryl Cole has taught her new boyfriend a key lesson following his knee injury

Cheryl Cole kicked off her A Million Lights tour this week with a serious bang, and while critics failed to find anything missing from the show, the star herself certainly did.

A distinct absence on the opening night was the singer’s new boyfriend, Tre Holloway, who had planned to be a prominent part of the dancing troupe.

Unfortunately just hours before he was supposed to be joining his superstar girlfriend on stage in Belfast he damaged he knee and had to pull out of the show altogether. Cheryl revealed to The Sun exactly how it happened saying:

‘He did it on the trampoline. I told him not to bounce on it.’

And if that wasn’t enough punishment for Tre he was also subjected to an ‘I told you so’ as Cheryl cheekily added: ‘He’ll learn to listen to me.’

Despite the accident, Tre isn’t totally redundant from the tour, he has a new job as chief bar man as he spent his time backstage at the show, pouring the champagne and tequila.

    Surely that’s a fundamental job?

What do you think of Cheryl Cole’s comments about Tre Holloway? Do they make a good couple? Have your say below.
