Is Lance Armstrong really dating Ashley Olsen?

IS LANCE ARMSTRONG dating Ashley Olsen? The 21-year old actress has been spotted on a series of dates with Armstrong, despite a 15-year age gap.

The seven-time Tour de Force winner was first seen with Olsen at the Rose Bar in New York at the end of October, where a source told US Weekly that the pair looked 'very flirtacious.' Since then the two have been spotted at a Broadway show together, on a number of dinner dates, and stayed at NY's Soho Hotel, when Lance ran the New York City marathon on Sunday.

This is not the first time that Ashley has been linked to an older man. She dated 30-year old club owner Scott Sartiano, and was linked to 35-year old Jared Leto. Armstrong meanwhile recently split from American designer Tory Burch, and broke off his engagement to Sheryl Crow in 2006.

An insider believes however that the new romance is merely a publicity stunt saying: 'He misses the spotlight now that he's not competing,' adding, 'He doesn't handle loneliness well, so he overcompensates and makes poor decisions sometimes. Lance was used to a certain public lifestyle with Sheryl.'
