Anna Kendrick Confirms She's Returning For Pitch Perfect 3 With This Aca-Mazing Selfie...

The actress is set to reprise her role as Beca Mitchell. And guess what?! Rebel Wilson has signed up too.

Aca-scuse us?! Anna Kendrick has made an announcement that's so amazing we can't quite believe it's true.

Just weeks after the release of the sequel (which has already raked in nearly $260 million worldwide), the actress goes and reveals that there's going to be a third Pitch Perfect movie.

Yes, really.

Anna took to Instagram yesterday to break the news that she's set to reprise her role as Beca Mitchell, even though she's now a Barden Bellas alum.

For anyone who's been living on a remote island for the past few years, Pitch Perfect follows the story of college a cappella and their quest for victory in national competitions.

'Happening #3,' she told fans alongside a snap of herself holding up three fingers.

Although she's winking and poking out her tongue in the picture, naturally, Anna chose a suitably chic look for her selfie. She sports slightly side-swept bangs and displays the pretty jewel-encrusted top of what looks to be a dainty blue and white dress.

Anna's post sent a number of her 3.1 million followers crazy. It's already amassed a staggering 234,000 likes and 10,459 comments.

'YAY ACCA AWWWWWWESOME,' said one, while another added: 'OMG ITS ACTUALLY HAPPENING.'

Anna's not the only member of the original cast who's going to be warming up her vocal chords for more riff-offs, Rebel Wilson has also signed up to star in the film.

It's also been confirmed that Elizabeth Banks, who starred as competition commentator Gail in both of the first two films, will return as producer.

The best news? We won't have to wait too long until it's in cinemas - Universall are planning to release the film in July next summer.

To say that we're excited would be a huge understatement.
