Having made a return to her super-long extensions over recent weeks, Cheryl Cole decided to lose the length in favour of a much shorter new 'do.

Also gone was that bold mahogany shade she's been showcasing of late, and in its place, a softer chestnut brown hue - closer to Cheryl's natural hair colouring.

She's no stranger to a style overhaul, but we can't help but think that this latest look is a vast improvement for the X Factor judge - with the brunette hue more flattering against her skin tone, and the shorter length looking far healthier than her long-curled extensions.

But we want to know what YOU think. Is Cheryl's new 'do an improvement? Or should she stick the extensions back in and switch back to the cherry red hue? Let us know your thoughts in the comments box below!
