Nicole Kidman replaced by Amelie star at Chanel
Nicole Kidman has been replaced by Amelie star Audrey Tautou as the face of Chanel's famous No.5 perfume.
In a deal rumoured to be worth around £4.3 million, the 29-year-old actress will take over from pregnant Nicole in TV and glossy magazine advertising for the iconic fragrance.
Just as Nicole was teamed with Baz Luhrmann, the director of one of her most successful films, Moulin Rouge, for her Chanel adverts, so Tautou will be reunited with Amelie director Jean-Pierre Jeunet, who will direct her for the new No.5 campaign.
