Who: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Cost: $6 million Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries tied the knot in August last year, in a ridiculously star-studded ceremony at a private estate in Montecito, California. Kim wore THREE custom-made Vera Wang gowns (each reportedly costing around $25,000), as well as a whopping $10 million worth of borrowed diamond jewels, which centered around a 65-karat Lorraine Schwartz headpiece. The total cost of their nuptials? A cool $6 million. Sadly their marriage wasn't such a fairy tale, lasting just 72 days.

The happy couple celebrated with 500 guests and is thought to have spent £400,000 on tents, £70,000 on tables and crockery and a staggering £320,000 on flowers. The bride's dress, designed by Oscar de la Renta or Vera Wang, was rumoured to have cost a cool £16,000, while the jewellery she wore on the day was worth £160,000. The cake alone cost £7,000 and security a further £130,000. Phew!
