M&S model Twiggy says the way she stays slim in her late fifties is by only eating one pudding each month.

The 59-year-old was famous for claiming she 'ate like a horse' during her modelling heydays in the Sixties, but says as she's got older she has to think about what she eats.

'In my early 40s I developed a bit of a middle-age spread, so now I follow a healthy-eating regime,' she told Closer magazine. 'I don't believe in dieting, it's all just so boring.'

However, despite not 'dieting', Twiggy admits 'I only allow myself one pudding a month'.

Only one dessert a month? Sounds like a diet to us.
