A twist on the classic Sea Breeze cocktail, created for renowned jazz club Ronnie Scott's

• 150 mls Seagram's Gin

• 100 mls pomegranate juice

• 100 mls pineapple juice

• 1 fresh lime

Serves one

1) Pour all ingredients into a highball glass on the rocks.

2) Finish with a big squeeze of lime.
