As Beyonce launches a new nutrition program with her trainer, designed to encourage long-term healthy eating, we run through 5 detox diet plans that could help kick-start a lifestyle change.

Queen Bey has confirmed her love of plant-based eating by launching a new healthy meal plan service called 22 Days Nutrition with her trainer, Marco Borges. The home delivery program offers organic, vegan meals and aims to encourage users to develop long-term healthy eating habits. It's based on the idea that it takes 21 days to form a habit so, by day 22, you're already on the road to eating the right things by choice.

'I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle,' Beyonce said in a statement. 'He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices.'

Sadly, we Brits can't sample Beyonce's program, as it's only available in the US, so here are 5 options for anyone who fancies trying their own detox diet plan to help kick-start healthier eating habits.
