11 designer accessories every fashion blogger owns
Spot the Gucci Dionysus
Spot the Gucci Dionysus
If you like spending an hour or three scrolling through Instagram and checking out what your favourite fashion bloggers have been wearing, you'll know that there are a choice few items that everyone owns, or so it seems anyway.
Obviously IRL, that's our desk buddy rocking up in the same Zara top (it's all about co-ordinating on Whatsapp first guys). But of course, in the #fblogger world, it's a whole different ball game - forget the high street.
On Instagram, it's all about having the same designer handbags, shoes and accessories. Recently for example, we can't stop spotting the Gucci Dionysus, that everyone from Chiara Ferragni (The Blonde Salad) to Victoria (In The Frow) and Julie Sariñiana (Sincerely Jules) seems to own.
A holiday favourite is definitely the Cult Gaia Ark bag, which was first spotted on Jessica Alba last summer, and then on everyone's IG pages shortly after. Thanks to its pretty bamboo design, it's THE ultimate accessory to a floaty dress, and the whole outfit should of course be shot on the beach.
It's not all about trends though, you've got your classics than any famous fashion blogger worth her salt has lurking somewhere in her cupboard.
The quilted Chanel bag is one, and the likes of Helena (Brooklyn Blonde) and Blair (Atlantic Pacific) all have it. Usually, you'll see the black version, but the red one is a close second.

Then we have the Valentino Rockstud heels, that have been a firm favourite since their launch in 2010, preferably in pastel pink or nude shades.
Now of course, we're not saying everyone's copying everyone, in fact we rather enjoy seeing how each bag and shoe is styled differently. So do scroll down and have a little nosy - then jump over to our Black Friday designer deals page to see if you can make some major scores.
Warning: You're about to get major wardrobe envy.

Penny Goldstone is the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire, covering everything from catwalk trends to royal fashion and the latest high street and Instagram must-haves.
Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).
Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.
However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.
Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
