It has been a tough year in the celebrity love stakes, with some of the most seemingly solid couples announcing their separation. First it was Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, then came Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner and then just yesterday Chris Pratt and Anna Farris announced their split after eight years of marriage.

The hashtag #Loveisdead was circulating the internet and we all felt adrift without Anna and Chris to look up to for relationship goals.

Luckily for everyone, Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston just celebrated their second wedding anniversary and were on hand to remind us all that in some households, Hollywood love is alive and well.

The couple, who wed in 2015, celebrated their wedding anniversary on August 5th, with Justin taking to his social media platforms to pay a rare tribute to his wife.

‘Marriage makes the small things much smaller and the big things small. You have an ally. It’s good to have someone have your back,’ the 45-year-old actor said earlier this year about his relationship with Jen. ‘We appreciate each other’s sense of humor, we respect one another and we get along. I know it sounds simple but it’s true.’

‘I could not be happier… I always go to bed thinking I’m the luckiest guy in the world.’

Thank god we’ve got these two to remind us that love exists.
