Four years after 'disappearing', Frank Ocean is set to headline

The East London festival is celebrating their 15 year anniversary this year so you can expect it to be a good'n. Think parties courtesy of Horse Meat Disco, London street food trucks and all the fashion and beauty boutiques you need to look festival ready.

    Lovebox Festival line up

Frank Ocean is headlining, and will be supported by Jamie XX and yes, Beyoncé may be too pregnant for festival season this year but her little sister Solange will be performing at Lovebox, as well as Jess Glynne, Annie Mac, Sampha, Kaytranada and Ray Blk.

If you're just going to go for one day, here's the breakdown of the weekend for you to make it easier to decide which day to pick:

    Friday

Jamie xx will be opening for Frank Ocean, who will be performing tracks from his new album Blonde, and Solange will be headlining the Noisey stage. Sampha also plays this day so basically, it's all happening on Friday.

Oh, and if none of these acts take your fancy, how about Lovebox's little sister festival Citadel?

    Citadel Festival 2017

And, taking place on Sunday 17th July, just a day after Lovebox, is Citadel Festival - which debuted back in 2015 as an folk/indie alternative.

    Citadel Festival line up

Bonobo, Laura Marling, Wild Beasts and Michael Kiwanuka are the main acts playing, and if you're interested in the food (because, of course you're interested in the food,) this year is all about the reggae BBQ. And, yoga bunnies can take part in voga - yes, that's yoga-ing and posing to Madonna's Vogue - on the spandex stage.
