And no wonder when the results are this good...

Maybelline's game changing Instant Anti-Age Eraser, £8.99, has been blowing up our Instagram feeds recently and we're not surprised after testing the clever, multi-tasking product for ourselves. It's hands down one of the best concealers on the market.

With just a quick swipe you can disguise blemishes and dark circles in seconds and it won't break the bank. The clever sponge applicator means you can do away with brushes too, saving money and slimming down your make-up bag. The domed tip is small enough to reach the inner corners of the eye and those hard to reach areas around the nose. Best of all it's suitable for multiple areas including under the eyes, blemishes and correcting any redness.

What does it do?

The easily blendable formula sinks in within seconds and is easily to layer over or under foundation. One of the things we find trickiest about about choosing a concealer is finding a formula that's suitable for different parts of the face but this works equally well on multiple areas from cheeks, to breakouts and over any pigmentation. Maybelline's Anti-Age Eraser also tackles discolouration with hero ingredient Haloxyl, which prevents thinning of the skin. Plus the Goji berry infused formula means it's packed with amino acids and Vitamin C, boosting luminosity and helping to plump without irritation.

How do you use it?

To apply all you need to do is twist the rim to disperse concealer over the sponge and blend in directly or with your fingers. One of our favourite tricks when applying concealer under the eyes is to create a triangle shape with the widest points of the triangle at the inner and outer corner of the eye and the tip reaching down to the middle of the cheek. This helps to bounce and reflect light away from any shadows or puffiness.

Is it worth the spend?

At under a tenner you can't go wrong with this nifty little concealer. It delivers on multiple fronts - disguising dark circles and hiding redness or blemishes. Neat enough to keep in your clutch bag for a night out and on the go top-ups too. If you're after a well-designed concealer but want to watch your pennies too, the Maybelline Instant Eraser is a full-proof.

When is it available and how much does it cost?

It's available now for only £8.99.
