David Beckham knew how to keep his audience enraptured during a talk at Peking University

God bless David Beckham. The gorgeous footballer flashed a cheeky smile and plenty of toned flesh as he showed off one of his many tattoos on his recent trip to China.

The footballer, who currently plays for Paris St Germain, was giving a talk at Peking University over the weekend when one of the students, to whom we are eternally grateful, asked to see Beckham's Chinese inking.

Becks happily obliged by pulling up his shirt to reveal his lovely torso.

Let's all stop and take a minute to admire the artwork...

The tattoo is said to read: 'Life and death are determined by fate, rank and riches decreed by Heaven.'

Earlier in the day Beckham had taken a bit of a tumble as he demonstrated how to pull off a perfect free kick for young footabllers at the Wuhan Zall club in the Hubei province.

The 37-year-old quickly realised that smart shoes and wet grass don't mix as he stacked it in front of the world's press.

Seeing the funny side, David laughed it off and went on to continue his charm offensive.

Keep up the good work, Becks.
