Does Trtl offer free delivery?
Trtl offers free delivery on all orders with no minimum spend. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days via standard delivery. Priority shipping is also available for £3.99 and will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
Can I get 10% off at Trtl?
Yes. When you sign up for the Trtl email newsletter, you’ll receive a 10% off promo straight to your inbox. This can be used on your next full-priced order to help you save on your skincare favourites.
Can I get a Trtl student discount?
Trtl does not currently offer a student discount. However, students, graduates and key workers can still save by shopping the Trtl bundles, weekend deals, and clearance section.
What is the Trtl returns policy?
Trtl has a 100-day returns policy for full-priced items if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. If you wish to return an item from a bundle, you will need to return all items in the bundle to receive a refund.
