How does Wowcher mystery holiday work?
Wowcher’s mystery holiday is a fun way to travel. It works by offering a heavily discounted trip where the destination is revealed only after booking. You start by purchasing two vouchers (as the deal is based on two people travelling) and selecting a preferred travel window. Once purchased, you redeem your voucher online by entering your details, choosing your departure airport and selecting travel dates.
After submitting this information, your mystery destination is revealed and the holiday provider will contact you to finalise flights and accommodation. Trips include return flights and at least a 3-star hotel stay, typically for a minimum of two nights.
How to use Wowcher wallet credit or deal credit?
Wowcher wallet credit (also known as deal credit) is store credit that you can use towards purchasing deals on the Wowcher site. Instead of receiving a cash refund in some cases, the value is added to your Wowcher wallet, which you can then spend on any deal of your choice. You can view your available balance at any time via your wallet in your account.
To use it, select a deal as normal and, at checkout, tick the option to “Apply available Wallet Credit.” The credit will automatically be deducted from your total amount.
When does my Wowcher code expire?
You can find out when your Wowcher code expires on your account. Go to 'My Vouchers' section to find out the exact expiration date.
Gift cards usually expire within 6 months of purchase if not converted into store credit, while wallet credits expire within 12 months. Please note that expired vouchers are not refundable.
What is wowcher VIP?
Wowcher VIP is a paid membership that gives you access to exclusive perks and enhanced savings on the platform. Pricing varies depending on how you sign up, but typically includes subscription options such as £4.99 every six months or quarterly plans ranging from £4.99 to £19.99.
