Kate Hudson gave the monochrome cape its red carpet debut back in April this year, when she wore it to walk the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival.
The A-list actress teamed her outerwear with patent peep-toes, sparkling droplet earrings, a vintage Hollywood wave and a deep red pout.
Then, just this week, and Lily Allen gave the LV-branded cape it's second high-profile airing, by wearing it front row at London Fashion Week.
The singer used the cape to cover up her burgeoning baby bump, teaming it with black opaque tights, towering grey heels and a contrasting red quilted bag.
