Topshop know a thing or two about collaborations, so we were pretty excited to see another one in the pipeline with two of the most sassy street stylers out there, London based Parisian, Camille Charriere of Camilleovertherainbow.com and NYC blogger Danielle Bernstein of Weworewhat.com.
So far, so very cool. Both highly successful style stars in their own right, Freedom at Topshop combined the accessory know-how of Camille and Danielle, whisked the pair off to Istanbul for a little authentic inspiration, headed back to Topshop HQ and Viola.
So what can we expect from this new collection? Wearable pieces that could be mistaken for something picked up in a far-away land pretty much sums it up.
The range is split into two parts, one inspired by Danielle's love of all thing pretty and carved, the other on delicate pieces in antique gold's and delicate pearl detailing, as favoured by Camille.
Explaining the inspiration behind her pieces, Danielle says '“My focus was on finding more unique, vintage pieces that really stood out. Large silver statement pieces that could tell a story or came from an awesome one. This is for the girl who loves to accessorize and is not afraid to take risks”
While Camille took a more minimal approach, explaining 'I wanted to find jewellery that could be worn with anything and suited my sense of style; simple, chic but with a bit of an edge. I love the mixture of traditional Ottoman design and modern shapes; the rings are so unique whilst the torque reminds me of a personal favourite from my own collection.'
Plus, prices start at just £5 (ranging up to £35 max) making this a real treat, that won't blow the budget.
