Hot off the back of her Mulberry mini-collection, Cara Delevingne is turning designer again – this time working with Donna Karan on a “sick special-edition” capsule range for DKNY (her words, obviously). But before the collection drops in stores in November, she’s got another job to do –selecting one lucky fan-gurl or guy to be her campaign co-star.
Here are 5 things we predict from the collaboration…
1. Seriously Cool Streetwear
Let’s start with the clothes, which could easily be forgotten in all the hysteria. We all know and love Ms Delevingne’s achingly cool brand of easy styling, so her collaboration with the ultimate urbanite label is bound to be seriously street-wise. We’re predicting LOL-worthy slogan tees, some sort of cool new trainer to try, a couple of beanies and an attitude-packed bomber or two.

2. A Social Media Meltdown
As the army of Delevingners start frantically posting their selfies to enter, this one’s inevitable. There will be trolling, spamming and emoji-spewing aplenty as every superfan tries to get their idol’s attention. There were already over 20,000 entries at 9 this morning.
3. A Crazy Face-Off
The “freshest-looking” entry (her words again) will be crowned the winner and will fly to New York to model the collection with Cara herself. There’s no way that such a shoot could take place without a healthy dose of eyebrow wiggling, photo-bombing and general silliness.
4. A Cameo From Cecil
The bunny of the moment and Cara’s trusted aide was a central collaborator on her Mulberry project. Best get him a pet passport, ASAP.
