The fashionista keeps her trim physique in shape with new fitness craze Yogalosophy a combination of yoga and astrology
Victoria Beckham is the latest celebrity to embrace Yogalosophy, the new fitness fad taking Hollywood by storm - a soothing combination of yoga and astrology.
Having previously admitted that she hates having to hit the gym to help keep her slender frame in shape, the mother-of-three is said to have jumped on the new craze which means she can keep fit in the comfort of her own home.

‘She bought the Yogalosophy DVD and does her workout at home up to four times a week to 'align her mind and spirit',' an inside source told Heat magazine.
‘She's really starting to notice the difference.'
Yogalosophy was dreamt up by personal trainer Mandy Ingber, in her attempt to use ‘emotional energy' to motivate exercise - while providing the ability to ‘observe oneself' during a workout.
The exercise programme involves two 30-minute yoga routines, followed by a 55-minute series of poses - designed to help weight loss and increase muscle definition.
It is thought that VB was introduced to the craze by fellow Yogalosophist Jennifer Aniston.
The Friends starlet is such an advocate for the regime that she even appears in the DVD introduction, and held a party to help launch it back in January.
‘You start to crave it, you know, you start to actually crave that adrenaline,' says the actress in the intro.
‘Mandy combines her wisdom of astrology with the mind and body, and also cardio... So it's sort of just a combination, which is why I guess she calls in Yogalosophy.'
‘Mandy brought yoga into my life. I'm excited for you to get to experience her, too,' she continues.
‘This workout will change your body and your mind. This is one of the most fun, challenging workouts I've ever had.'
