Hollywood star Alicia Silverstone bares all in PeTA television advert
Alicia Silverstone has stripped off in a first-ever naked television advert for animal rights group PeTA.
The stunning actress appears in a 30-second video shot by acclaimed director David Meyers, whose other credits include videos for Britney Spears and OutKast.
Shown emerging from a swimming pool, Silverstone attempts to keep her modesty with her arm, while talking about the benefits of vegetarianism.
The Clueless star has been a devoted vegan for the last ten years, and credits it as enhancing her looks - and her life.
She said in a statement for PeTA: 'Being vegan truly is the secret to my life's joy and peace. I feel physically and spiritually better than I could have ever imagined knowing that I am doing everything I can to reduce animal suffering with simple lifestyle choices like never wearing any products made from animals (wool and leather), and buying only from companies that NEVER test their products or ingredients on animals.'
Her latest venture certainly shows she's serious about the cause.
