Think of Gwyneth Paltrow and the first thing you'll probably think of (after her strict macrobiotic diet) is her sleek blonde hair. So it makes perfect sense that she's opened a chain of blow dry bars, called Blo, with her hairdresser, David Babaii and business partner, Irina Squire, giving mere mortals the opportunity to achieve A-list worthy locks.

One of these new salons is opening in London's Covent Garden, signalling the start of beautiful tresses for us all, seven days a week. Started in North America, Blo have been going since 2007 and were the original blow dry bar across the pond. Using top stylists, Blo have a no-cut, no-colour policy and you can walk in without an appointment and walk back out with a big, bouncy blow dry. The dream?
