Festival season is in full swing, so now is the time to get your footwear game sorted. Come rain or shine, our round-up of the coolest shoes to be seen in has got you covered.

Got your ticket to Glastonbury? Bagged a spot at Bestival or Hideout? Even if the only field action you're getting this summer is a one-day blowout in your local park, now is the time to get your feet as festival-ready as you are. The line-ups across the globe for summer 2015 are set to be scorching, it's just a shame we can't guarantee the weather will follow suit. Luckily for our feet, there is a shoe to fit every weather eventuality. So grab a waterproof wellie for rain, a stylish flat for shine and then you're fully prepped to deal with whichever hand you're dealt.

For those mornings when you wake to a soggy tent and you know you've got a wet and wild day in store, our edit of the best festival footwear includes classic Wellington boot styles, a designer collaboration and an unexpected debut boot from Markus Lupfer. For blue sky days, we've found gladiator sandals in full-fringed glory that will have Wilderness ticket holders lining up, pristine kicks for mud-free affairs (glastogoers, maybe leave these at home) and beach-friendly espadrilles ideal for Sonar. And we had to include a Mandal (man sandals but now worn by gals) as that's what it's all about this summer. Take note only the original Teva man sandal will do.

On a more feminine note, chances are white will be having a major moment in your festival wardrobe this year, be that a pretty day dress, a broderie anglaise playsuit or billowing kaftan. If that s the case, gold is the metal de jour and we ve got it covered in the foot department.
