Let's just say, his side hustle got him the top spot...
Forbes revealed its annual highest paid actresses list last month, seeing Scarlett Johansson bag the top spot with £31 million worth of earnings in 2018.
Coming in second was Angelina Jolie who took home £21 million, closely followed by Jennifer Aniston (£15 million), Jennifer Lawrence (£14 million) and Reese Witherspoon (£13 million).
While all of those sums are undoubtedly hefty pay cheques, they lose their status when compared to the yearly incomes of incomes of their male counterparts, released just this week.
Yes, the annual highest paid actors list has been revealed and surprise surprise, there is a huge gender pay gap, with this year’s highest paid actor taking home £185 million.
That’s right. The highest earning actor took home almost six times the amount of the highest earning actress. But as it turns out, the money mostly came from a side hustle.
The highest earning actor? It's Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's holiday host, George Clooney.

George hasn't been starring in huge blockbusters lately unlike the other men in the list, but thanks to the $1 billion sale of his Tequila company, Casamigos, he still managed to top the list.
'If you asked us four years ago if we had a billion-dollar company, I don’t think we would have said yes,' George told CNBC when the deal was announced, sharing in the wealth with his co-founders Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman.
So to be honest, he doesn't really have to ever act again.
