Emporio Armani – we've been fans since, well forever. So you can imagine how excited we are to tell you we're co-hosting an exclusive fashion event in Glasgow, one of the UK's best shopping cities.

Taking place on Tuesday, 31 October, the Marie Claire X Emporio Armani event will run from 6.30pm sharp until 9pm, and is the perfect excuse to see (and shop!) what's new in the AW17 collection.

So what to expect? Well, there'll be plenty of Prince of Wales check, chevron and polka-dot patterns, plus pops of fuchsia and red to give your wardrobe an instant style update. From big bows and 80s-inspired graphic prints, the AW17 womenswear is everything we dreamed it would be – and then some.

Our fashion director Jayne Pickering will be there, sharing her favourite pieces and super-chic accessories from the AW17 collection.

What she doesn't know about fashion isn't worth knowing, so let her steer you towards the pieces that'll work hardest in your new season wardrobe. She'll also be advising on how to master the key looks we fell in love with on the catwalks.
