Marie Claire’s beauty and style director Lisa Oxenham joined Estée Lauder’s communications manager Anna Rozelaar and global make-up artist Alan Pan at Manchester's Malmaison Hotel to enjoy a glass of bubbly and some canapés with a selection of our beauty-obsessed readers.

Lisa was on hand to present this season’s hottest catwalk beauty trends and guests were treated to a live make-up masterclass with Alan Pan. He created both a pared-down, natural look and a high-impact, dramatic finish using Estée Lauder products.
