Where? 3-7 Delancey street, Camden, London, NW1 7NL (020 7387 5959, www.caponata.co.uk, www.forgevenue.org)
What? A cleverly designed concept, whereby Sicilian bar and restaurant Caponata opens up to include adjoining performance venue The Forge, for fine dining mixed with musical entertainment.
On the menu? A feast of foodie delights await. We recommend the goat's cheese cake on sage biscuit with beetroot coulis, or the filo pastry basket with couscous and vegetables on roasted pepper cream to start, followed by the seabass filled with crab and scallop mousse, or the grilled fillet of venison with poached pair for main.
And for dessert? The trio of chocolate is heavenly, as is the tiramisu della casa.
Any pointers? For those of you who like a little light music with your dinner, then Caponata Camden and the Forge could be just the venue for you. And if you're a fan of the fabulous 40s, then you'll want to take note of La Dolce Vita - their themed supper club evening of live music and swing dancing.
Need to know? Whether you go all out, dress to impress in vintage 40s costume and hit the dancefloor, or whether you prefer to simply sit, and observe from the sidelines, you won't fail to be won over by Kai Hoffman and her jazz band, Ronnie Scott regulars Kai's Cats.
And finally... Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or even hen nights, La Dolce Vita takes place once a month - so we suggest you book up in advance to avoid disappointment.
