    If you’re a regular viewer of Keeping up with the Kardashian’s, follow Kim on snapchat or have signed up to her app, you’ll know that she’s been hitting the gym hard to force her post-baby body down to 120 pounds (otherwise known as the same weight she was during 2010 – her prized body moment). And while we think her curves look amazing at all times, you’ve got to hand it to the girl for attacking the gym so hard.  

    So exactly what does the reality TV star get up to during her gym days? Just a casual 4-mile run, planks, push-ups, some ab work and 1,000 jump ropes (about 2 minutes is enough to make us break out in a serious sweat, so we’re equal parts impressed and distressed about the idea).  

    The result? Guns that give Michelle Obama’s arms a run for their money. Honestly, Kim Kardashian looks fit AF right now. On Wednesday, she was spotted at REVOLVE’s LA Social Club looking smoking in a Privacy Please mini dress, Yeezy Season 2 knee-high boots, and a denim choker and all we could see was muscle and glowing skin from all of the fresh blood she’s pumping around her body.  
    She also has a cheer squad to boot and we don’t just mean us. Recently Kim credited her sister, Khloe Kardashian as the rock helping her stick to her fitness routine by dropping off things like an emergency backpack of goods to keep her on track and motivated. Pays to have a friend or family member cheering you on.
