Ingredients

• ¼ fresh pink grapefruit • 50ml pink grapefruit juice • 50ml Tanqueray No Ten Gin • 10ml lemon juice • 10ml gomme • 75ml soda water

Directions

1) Throw everything together into a cocktail shaker 2) Mix 3) Pour into a cocktail glass 4) Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
