Problem: Dry, dull skin
Solution: Foods rich in Omega 3 such as salmon, tuna and trout help hold moisture and plump skin from within. If fish isn’t your thing, look for flaxseed, avocado, and walnuts.

Problem: Red skin
Solution: Mint is an anti-inflammatory so be sure to supplement your food where you can to tone down any redness.

Solution: Green tea and lots of it! The antioxidants rinse the body of the toxins that would have otherwise created cellulite.
Sprout Tip: Try a butt-busting body scrub. Add a small amount of ground coffee to your morning shower gel and give your body a vigorous scrub. It helps remove dead skin cells and gets the lymphatic system moving.
Problem: Ageing skin
Solution: The best food you can gorge on is berries. They contain vitamins, probiotics, and a ton of antioxidants to help protect skin from damaging pollution. Better yet, they even promote cell regeneration.
