Chanel’s Métiers d’Art show in Dallas bought A-list celebrities, fashionistas and socialites from far and wide.
Though Dallas doesn’t seem like the most natural city for Chanel to hit, it is hugely significant to the French fashion house and its history. It supported Coco Chanel in the fifties and played a big part in building the brand, and it was here that she was presented with her Neiman Marcus Award for Distinguished Service in the Field of Fashion in 1957. So, it only made sense for Bruno Pavlovsky and Karl Lagerfeld to bring it back.
