Robert Pattinson believes he has no acting ability 'at all', despite the huge success he had playing Edward Cullen in Twilight.

How modest?

Speaking about his career to The Sunday Times' Style magazine, he said: 'My friend from school bumped into my form teacher and they said: "It's so weird what happened to Rob."

'[Some people just] have to show people their talent. I literally think I have none. At all.'

When the 33-year-old actor reads scripts he often thinks another actor should be in his place.

He said: 'This would be so cool if some other actor did it.'

And Robert would willingly work for free if it meant he could help end the gender pay gap in the entertainment business, which often sees women paid less than men when working on the same movie.

He continued: 'If it's a question of me being paid more and getting a worse actress, or me being paid less and getting a better actress, I'll do it for free.'

Robert has boasted a successful career in the industry, as he has also starred in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, as well as Remember Me?, and The Lost City of Z.

The star has even featured in a string of major fashion campaign, including Dior Homme and Burberry.

He's a force to be reckoned with in our eyes.
