This is unreal.

Jennifer Lopez is one of the most talked about women in the world, from her iconic red carpet looks and sassy remarks to her relationship with American baseball player Alex Rodriguez (A Rod).

But it wasn’t her love life that got the attention of the world this week. Instead, all eyes were on the ‘Jenny From The Block’ singer because of her social media activity.

The 49-year-old made waves over the weekend when she uploaded to a make up free selfie to her Instagram page - and the internet is freaking out.

Let's just say, if we looked half that good with make up on, we would consider ourselves lucky.

Captioning the post 'No make up day', J-Lo's fresh-faced snap went on to rake in 2.3 million likes.

'Natural Beauty that’s what makes you the icon you are - you have inspired me for 20+ years to be my most natural healthiest best me,' commented one Instagram fan, while another posted: 'How flawless can you be? The limit does not exist.'

Yes, J-Lo looks flawless. In fact, in terms of natural beauty, there are few people we would trust more.

It's lucky therefore that the Second Act actress has just announced a future skincare line.

‘I will be coming out with a skin-care line,' she explained. 'I’ve been working on it for a long time because I don’t want to put [just] anything out.'

She continued: ‘I want it to be something that encompasses all the things I’ve learned and all the secrets I have. And it doesn’t have anything to do with needles. It’s going to be something that works… That’s what you can count on when my name is on something.’

Now if you'll excuse us, we're off to take some much less successful make up free selfies.
