I am of Afro Carribean origin. I have found your contact in an attempt to find out what has happened to 'Black By Design' Hair Relaxer which I started using after discovering it in Asda. although it cost me between £8 to £10 to buy the product and hair care, I found it exceptionally good for my hair: It did not burn, irritate, or dry my hair. My hair maintained a beautiful gloss and grew ver well and was very healthy. People often commented that they thought I was wearing a wig. To my astonishment one day I went into Asda to find they were no longer selling it their reason being not enough demand for it at the store, and it was not selling. To-date I have not been able to replace this particular make as even the relaxers produced for children is breaking my hair. PLEASE PLEASE HELP, HAS THIS PRODUCT BEEN REPACKAGED. IF SO, WHAT IS IT CALLED. I AM DESPERATE.
