Last night influencers and inspirational women gathered to celebrate our #MarieClaireVerified power list, in partnership with Freixenet.
The past month has seen the release of our inaugural Marie Claire Verified power list, a carefully curated network of 30 game-changers, this year from the online worlds of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and health.
From micro-influencers with the efficacy to engage and start conversations, to Instagram icons who are changing the face of fashion and beauty for a new generation, last night's event celebrated our collaborations - past, present and future - with these incredible women.
With a combined following of 51.5 million, it's safe to say that the evening was an inspirational one, celebrating the voices shaping the way we think, behave and actually live.
Being an influencer party, it had to be Instagrammable, with the event held at London's cool roof top bar, Aviary Rooftop Terrace & Restaurant , giving influencers plenty of social media opportunities as the sun set on the stunning skyline views.
The drinks were flowing, the playlist had everyone dancing and #marieclaireverified was all over social media. Here's a sneak peak inside one of THE parties of the year...
Who was there...
From micro-influencers to Instagram icons, the #marieclaireverified party brought out social media stars in force. Guests included Hayley Hasselhoff, Tess Holliday, Patricia Bright, Felicity Hayward, Emily Hartridge, Arielle Free and Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley.
'It's always nice to be around people that found their own success doing what they're doing and are respected in their industry with a lot of people that look up to them and admire them,' Tess Holliday told Marie Claire UK at last night's event. 'If you have a following on social media, whether its 30k people or a few million, if you're not using it to help other people and to change the world around you then I feel like it's useless.'
Hayley Hasselhoff also sat down with us last night, telling us, 'I'm so excited to be here surrounded by so many empowering and inspirational women. It's one of those moments when you realise there are so many women out there that are doing such great things today and I am just so privileged to be around them.'
She continued: 'My biggest journey has always been influencing others to find their own path. I never want to tell somebody that my journey should be theirs, I want to inspire them to find their own because at the end of the day, I want them to realise that being original and being true to who you are is more special than being somebody else.'
Arielle Free took to the decks as the #marieclaireverified party, getting all of the influencers on their feet as she played tune after tune in her stunning pink Monki dress.
There was also a Showtime Photo Booth on hand to capture some of the assembled crowd’s best moves.

The evening was inspiring from start to finish and we cannot wait to work more with these incredible influencers and power women - after the Freixenet hangovers have worn off of course!
