Contouring fans (who probably love a contour kit or two) and all those still Googling ‘how to contour’ while doing your best to blend, blend, blend - and blend; listen up, we’ve got some great news in the contouring make-up department. Topshop is bringing a brand new Contour Counter to three major stores in the UK, and it’s everything you’re probably hoping it is.
Though not a permanent fixture (you’ll need to be speedy with your visit), the pop-up Contour Counters will be a one-stop shop for all things, well, contouring. Along with testing out the new Topshop Beauty Sculpting Collection - more on that in a moment - you’ll also be able to have a one-to-one with a make-up artist who can teach you everything you need to know.
From how to sculpt your cheekbones to the best way to blend highlighters with shadows, the pros can also walk you through creating thicker, fuller eyebrows to define your face, and how to achieve fuller looking lips.
If all that wasn’t enough, should you actually choose to buy a product from the new range you’ll be treated to a free Full Works beauty appointment.
Sound like the perfect afternoon? Yes, we totally agree. You’ll need to be on the ball however, as the Contour Counter is only around for a few days at a time.
Kicking off in Topshop London this weekend, the pop-up will then travel to Topshop Manchester and Topshop Liverpool from 22 to 23 April.
The whole contouring roadshow (you can see the full list of dates, times and locations on the Topshop blog) is being held to celebrate the launch of the new Sculpting Collection, which drops into stores from 16 April.
Designed to make sculpting your face a much simpler business, the collection includes a Contouring Wand in two different shades to sculpt and define cheekbones, a waterproof Brow Gel to create bolder eyebrows, and a Lip Contour pen in two shades of nude to plump up your pout.
