What’s the best careers advice that you’ve been given?
Never try to achieve more than five things a day. My to-do list always has about 100 things on it and I never feel a sense of achievement. Time management is critical so prioritise your list.
What makes a great mentor?
The best mentor knows when to step back, but also when to step in. A mentor should be a sounding block, but only interfere when the entrepreneur requires you to.
