Here's our guide to the most decadent and celebrity-heavy events of the season...
Cartier Queen’s Cup
When? 15 June at Guards Polo Club
What? The A-list sip on Cartier’s specially blended champagne, as international polo teams vie for the chance to win the yearly silver cup, presented by the Queen herself. Expect Hollywood royalty, aristocrats and hot young A-listers to be out in spades.
Who? Sharon Stone, Princess Beatrice, Katherine Jenkins, Charlotte Casiraghi, Jack Whitehall, Edie Campbell and Dita Von Teese.
Veuve Clicquot Gold Cup
When? 20 July at Cowdray Park Polo Club
What? The final of the British Open Polo Championship is played out in front of a glamorous crowd of A-listers and fashionistas (not to mention the odd Made In Chelsea cast member). The champagne is free-flowing in the VIP area (naturally), where the likes of Daisy Lowe have been known to hit the decks to keep the well-heeled crowd dancing well into the night.
Who? Jodie Kidd, Charlotte Dellal, Jodie Kidd, Lawrence Fox, Chris O’Dowd, Mollie King and Tinie Tempah.

Glorious Goodwood

Wimbledon

Audi International Polo
When? 28 July at Guards Polo Club
What? It’s not all drinking and flirting at the Audi-sponsored tournament, where Prince Charles and other serious polo fans dress up to catch some proper action on the field. Anyone who’s anyone goes to the exclusive after party pop-up, hosted by A-list London club Boujis, where the likes of Pete Tong and Groove Armada are left in charge of the merriment.
Who? Eddie Redmayne, David Gandy, Zoe Saldana, Julien Macdonald, Laura Whitmore and Billie Piper.
Henley Royal Regatta
When? 2 July – 6 July
What? The Regatta is basically five days of buff rowers racing up and down the Thames. Plonk yourself on a deck chair with some bubbles and crustless sandwiches or head over to the Redgrave VIP bar to lounge on a day bed with a pitcher of Pimms and listen to the DJs that play throughout the day and on into the night.
Who? Princess Anne, Daisy Lowe and Kelly Osbourne… plus a whole load of preppiness.
Royal Ascot
When? 17 – 21 June at Ascot racecourse
What? The highlight of this racing event in Berkshire has to be Ladies’ Day, which is worth the ticket price alone just to get a close-up look at the show-stopping hats (both amazing and horrendous). One word of warning though: the dress code is strict.
Who? Ant and Dec, David Walliams, Lara Stone, Katherine Jenkins, Joanne Froggatt, Jenson Button, Ronnie Wood, Elizabeth Hurley, Joan Collins and ALL the royals.
