Take your lead from Marie Claire's resident curve columnist Callie Thorpe...
At Marie Claire we’re all about celebrating body confidence and embracing the woman you are with pride. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with high street fashion brand Evans and beauty brand Garnier to host the #IamMe Awards, a celebration of ALL women.
Marie Claire’s resident plus-size fashion columnist Callie Thorpe will be at the event and is calling for confident, curvy women to enter the Awards, which will recognise the achievements of gorgeous, plus-size women across the UK. As well as four Award categories, the overall winner will star in the next #IamMe campaign – and who knows where that could lead!
Want to be a winner? It’s so easy to take part – just choose from one of the four categories below:
Fearless and fashion-forward, you wear the clothes you love with a confident flair that makes you look great.
Sleek, chic – and super fit! We’re looking for women who show how curvy can also mean strong and healthy.
It’s all about aiming high, being a great role model and an inspiration for others with a can-do attitude that means anything is possible.
Beauty starts from within, and shows in radiant skin and hair. You’re strong, sassy – and know how to accept a compliment.
If any of those sound like YOU, don’t be shy – click to enter here. Or perhaps you have a friend with serious sass who deserves to be nominated? Simply add the hashtag you feel sums them up the best.
You could find yourself, or your friend, winning an armful of great prizes, including a £250 Evans voucher, a year’s subscription to Marie Claire, a Garnier goody bag – plus VIP tickets to the prestigious #IamMe Awards in London on Wednesday 21st September, where Jess and the Bandits will be playing and experts from Marie Claire will be on hand to advise on style.
And don’t forget one overall winner of the #IamMe award will get to star in the next #IamMe campaign. For curve-confident fashion, shop the latest trends in-store and online at Evans.
*Nominations for the #IamMe Awards close 10 September 2016.
