Show your support for Aveda Earth Month and help raise funds for WaterAid this April.

The Aveda Communications Team will be attempting a world first – Aveda Earth Month 24 Hour Global Cut-A-Thon on Earth Day 22nd April 2013. Raising money towards an international goal of $5 million AND an attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the ‘most money raised for a charity by haircuts in a 24-hour period’, Aveda salons across the globe will be donating their time to cut, style and pamper guests with all the proceeds going towards clean water projects in struggling communities.

As of tomorrow, Aveda ladies Lucie Seffens and Katie Gunn will also be embarking on a 30 day yoga challenge to help raise funds for WaterAid in support of Aveda Earth Month 2013.

Katie and Lucie will be taking on 30 days of consecutive Yoga at noted Glow Yoga Studio, Good Vibes in Covent Garden, courtesy of Founder, Nahid de Belgeonne and will also be sticking to a nutritional juice cleanse from Radiance Cleanse- which offers the only certified organic, raw and cold pressed juice cleanse delivered to your door in the UK- to encourage total wellbeing.

WaterAid is an international charity with a mission to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities and Katie and Lucie would love all your help and support by sponsoring them and donating to Just Giving and tweeting to @AvedaUK / #avedaearthcuts.

You can follow the cutting action from the Global Cut-A-Thon at @AvedaUK and looking out for the hashtag #avedaworldrecord. LATEST ISSUES AND CAMPAIGNS
