A simple, stylish dessert designed to impress
A simple, stylish dessert designed to impress even the most sophisticated of guests. Even better, it requires minimum hands on time and is sure to be delicious.
Ingredients: 6 small ready-made meringues 300g low-fat Greek yogurt 60g icing sugar 300g mixed berries (strawberries and raspberries work best) Splash of kirsch (optional)
Method: 1. Cut the tops off the meringues and place on a serving plate.
2. Mix the Greek yogurt and icing sugar together until smooth. Put a dollop of the mixture on top of each meringue and top with the mixed berries.
3. Drizzle over the kirsch (you can use orange juice as a non-alcoholic substitute) and serve immediately.
