  • Sienna Miller suing over hot affair holiday snaps

Sienna Miller has taken legal action against The Sun, The News of the World and photo agency Big Pictures, over those infamous photos taken of her on holiday with Balthazar Getty.

The Edge of Love star was photographed while holidaying with Getty in Italy. Both papers printed snaps of the star topless, and kissing Getty while aboard a yacht.

Now she is suing both publications and the agency, citing a breach of privacy.

This is not the first time Miller has been embroiled in legal wranglings with the two tabloids. She won a £37,500 payout after both published nude images of her from a movie set.

The actress’s law firm Carter- Ruck has confirmed that proceedings have been started.
