Now a regular tourist spot, the Escada block has become hot property (pardon the pun) since Fifty Shades of Grey was first released in 2011.
And now you can actually live there as six new apartments go on sale for an average of $882,500 (£573,000). That’s if you are in the market for a two bed apartment: Prices rise sharply to a cool $2 million (£1.2 million) if you want Christian Grey’s penthouse suite, shown in the photos here.
