And this high rise block in Seattle is the actual setting for Christian Grey's home in the Fifty Shades trilogy, where Ana and Mr Grey get 'acquainted' and a million female fantasies were born.

Now a regular tourist spot, the Escada block has become hot property (pardon the pun) since Fifty Shades of Grey was first released in 2011.

And now you can actually live there as six new apartments go on sale for an average of $882,500 (£573,000). That's if you are in the market for a two bed apartment: Prices rise sharply to a cool $2 million (£1.2 million) if you want Christian Grey's penthouse suite, shown in the photos here.

The 5,100-square-foot custom-designed penthouse apartment is everything we would expect from the dominant billionaire, boasting views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, as well as a wine cave (pardon?) with temperature control and a furnished courtyard with a stone fireplace, a private cinema and an actual fully-functioning spa.
