Proving she still has her finger on the style pulse, Kate Middleton dazzled in an ice blue coat dress by Scottish fashion great Christopher Kane. The Duchess chatted to countless diplomats and heads of state during the evening - also attended by Prince Wililam, Prince Harry and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie - including the President of Mongolia and Erdene Elbegdor.
