The hunt for the perfect wedding dress is notoriously stressful, but for three brides-to-be, Sarah Jessica Parker just turned the whole thing into a Carrie Bradshaw-style dream.

As the first bridal retailer to carry the SJP Collection, the collaboration shows how well Sarah Jessica’s eponymous shoe line is doing, since launching just two years ago.

Revealing that bridal shoes would be her next big venture to Martha Stewart Weddings last year, the actress/ designer also opened up about her own wedding to Matthew Broderick in 1997, and said that if she could do it all again, she would choose a traditional gown, rather than the edgy black dress she picked at the time.

‘If I were getting married today, I'd likely wear cream, just to have that bridal experience, she admitted.

‘Now I would want my dress to have an Oscar de la Renta feel, pockets below the waist, a very fitted bodice, a huge skirt, in taffeta or duchesse satin. That silhouette appeals to me because it's old-fashioned yet can look very modern.’
