While Pattinson hasn’t been confirmed to walk the red carpet on the 13th – he has yet to make a public appearance following his split with fellow Twilight star Kristen Stewart after her infidelities with director Rupert Sanders emerged – but the actor is scheduled to attend a talk promoting the film hosted by the New York Times on 15 August.
A representative for the star said: ‘Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting.’
