Victoria Beckham for God Mother?

2018 is undoubtedly the year for celebrity babies, with Jessica Alba kicking off the year by announcing the birth of her and Cash Warren’s third child on New Year’s Day.

Since then, it seems like a new celebrity baby has been announced each week, with Kim Kardashian welcoming Chicago, Kylie Jenner giving birth to Stormi Webster and Khloe Kardashian and Rachel McAdams both welcoming babies in April.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge welcomed baby Louis in April, Chrissy Teigen gave birth to baby Miles in May and Zara and Mike Tindall welcomed their second daughter just this week.

And it doesn’t stop there with A-listers also coming out in force to announce their pregnancies, with Rachel Weisz and Pippa Middleton leading the pack.

Basically, it’s baby fever - and it’s only June, so it looks like this year might be a celebrity baby record!

The latest baby news however comes from Eva Longoria, who has just welcomed a son with her husband José Bastón.

Announcing her pregnancy in December, the 43-year-old confirmed to Hola today that she had given birth to her first child, with the baby boy arriving on Tuesday 19th June.

It was reported that he was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in LA, weighing 6lbs, 13oz.

What have they named him? Santiago Enrique Bastón.

While Santiago is Eva’s first child, we’re sure she has plenty of practice from best friend Victoria Beckham’s four children to José Bastón’s three children from his previous marriage.

Congratulations to Eva and José on their new arrival!
