Eva Syti
Eva Syti is a London-based somatic, neuroscience-informed coach, meditation facilitator, and 600-hour yoga teacher. Her work explores the relationship between attention, awareness, the nervous system, and personal transformation, helping people create meaningful change through embodied experience rather than knowledge alone. Drawing from over 600 hours of yoga training, studies in neuroscience and sound, and years of facilitating workshops, retreats, and private sessions, she bridges modern science with contemplative and somatic practices. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that lasting transformation occurs when insight is felt in the body, not just understood by the mind.
As the author of Path Through Objects, she explores how attention can become a gateway to greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and behavioural change. The ideas within the book are brought to life through her workshops, retreats, and private coaching sessions, where participants are invited to move beyond theory and into direct experience. By combining Object Meditation with other somatic practices, she creates environments where people can experience shifts in real time, allowing new perspectives and patterns to become embodied and integrated into daily life.
Born in Albania, raised in Greece, and based in London the last 9 years, her work is informed by a lifelong curiosity about human potential, consciousness, and the connection between mind and body. She is passionate about making the science of transformation accessible, practical, and deeply experiential.
