Singer Jessica Simpson was born in Texas in 1980. She grew up singing in her local Baptist choir before she bagged a record deal - and went on to sell 30 million albums worldwide!
She married sweetheart Nick Lachey in 2002 and the couple starred in MTV reality show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. Jessica ventured into acting in the 2005 flick Dukes of Hazard with Johnny Knoxville and Seann William Scott - and made women everywhere envious of her curvy figure in those Daisy Duke shorts.
She divorced Nick Lachey in 2006, was linked to Jennifer Aniston's ex John Mayer, and then met former NFL player Eric Johnson in 2010. Eric proposed later that year and the engaged couple now have a baby girl called Maxwell.
